Absolutely. When you are on the process of creating a new schedule booking, in the service selection screen, you will see an option to select all/deselect certain services or choose one service that is associated to the employee's schedule:

You will also have an option to edit (if you want to add or remove services for that particular schedule) under the Schedule page. You will click on the Service option labelled against the schedule:

There will then be a pop up (in the right hand side of the page) where you can select/deselect certain services associated with the schedule:

Then hit "Save" button to save the changes.
