You have the ability to fully control and manually approve appointments. Here are the easy steps:

  • Start by enabling the "confirm client bookings manually" option ; you can enable this under the "set up" page > services > select the service > confirm client bookings manually:

  • After making sure that the setting was set in the service level, under your "calendar" page, select on "Pending bookings":

  • There will be a pop-up on the right hand side of the calendar page which allows you to confirm, reject or edit the appointment;
