Before moving or updating the date & time of a booking, you need to make sure that you have created a new available event of the time and/or date you are moving the booking to.

Under the "calendar page" select on the session or time slot to edit:
Select on the edit button beside the name of the customer (3 dots as shown below), which would allow you then to choose on "move to a new time":
From there, you can now choose on the event on the calendar page (greyed out time slots):
After selecting on the newly updated time (or date), you should have a confirmation to move the booking, this is to ensure and allow you to review on the change/s you are about to make:
Select on "Yes, Move Now" to update the date and/or time of the event.
