Yes! They can access this within their accounts when they log in to your booking widget.

From there select the "manage my account" button (at the topmost part of the page):

Customers would then have the ability to:

  • edit their customer's details

  • see upcoming and past appointments (this would allow them to edit or cancel bookings as well)

  • update stored card

  • see current subscription (where they can upgrade and cancel their memberships):
