How do my customers check-in for their appointment?

Your personalized check-in page allows your customers to check in quickly and easily

Once you have completed the setup of your check-in page, you will be able to access a button that links to your personal check in page.

Clicking that button will take you to a personalized URL that you can leave set up on a screen in your lobby allowing your customers to check-in.

Alternatively, you can embed an appointment-specific check-in link in the reminder email and SMS templates by using the [CheckInUrl] merge tag.

When a customer has check-ed in using either method, the check-in will be registered immediately on the upcoming bookings list on the Home tab. Learn more about managing check-ins from this list.
