When an existing customer makes a booking, FlexBooker will match the booking to the customer based on certain criteria. You are able to adjust this under the "Set Up" page and choose on “General Settings” > Basic Settings:

You can choose which pieces of information FlexBooker will use by clicking the boxes below:

Please scroll at the bottom part of the page and click on "Save Basic Settings" to save any changes made.
