FlexBooker Wait Lists are a powerful way to help keep your appointments full, allowing your customers to place themselves onto a wait list for any full appointment.

You may enable this feature under your "Set Up" page and select on "Wait List" where you may enable the option "Allow customers to join a wait list if their preferred times are not available":

The system would then allow you to select the following setting:

1.The maximum time the customers can join a wait list.

2.How long you allow to like to hold spot for a wait list before moving on to the next person. The wait list is a first come first serve basis. We'll keep track of the order that people signed up for the wait list and, when space becomes available, we'll automatically offer the space to the first person who signed up (eg. we will hold the spot for 10 minutes before proceeding to the next person).

3.You can select as many service/s you can offer the wait list for.
