If you want to view the booking form, under "Set Up Page" > "Online Booking Forms", you can click on the "Eye" button against the booking form (beside the green "Share" button):

This would automatically open a new tab, which allows you to copy the URL of the booking form (you can use this link to send over to your customers, they can use this link when they want to book an appointment with you):
