Under the "Set Up" page you can click on the "Online Booking" label, where you can click on the "Custom Theme" option to customize the form to match your website:

Choose on the option "Advance Color Options & CSS", this would allow you to customize the color for the button, text color, etc:

You can also add Custom CSS and add External Stylesheet URL:
