Under “Settings” page this would allow you to “Customize Booking Fields”:

Upon clicking on that option you will then be lead to the current booking fields that you have added (this is where you can make any adjustments to the booking fields), when adding a new field, there is an option to “Only want to show this field when certain services are booked? Click here”:

This option then allows you to select or deselect which service this booking field need to be reflected to.
