Every type of message that is, or might ever be, sent on your behalf from FlexBooker to your clients can be completely customized. Every aspect of each type of message can be edited, both text and also design.

To do so, go to Set Up -> Emails & Texts Messages:

You will be able to click and edit whichever type of message within the system (this can be found beneath the "emails & text messages" label at the left hand side of the page):

Once you've chosen the type of message, eg. "Booking Confirmation", the system then allows you to edit on the default template which is sent to all of your customers right after they book an appointment with you, you can click on the "edit" label agains the "template #1" option:

Please note that some types of message contain both email and text message templates. For example, for "Booking Confirmation" type, you will see both email and text message (SMS) templates that can be edited:

You can click on "Save Templates" if you need to save any changes made.

You also have the option to create multiple templates where you are able to specifically assign which emails gets sent based on the booked service/s, click on the link below for more information:

As well as being able to edit the message templates, you can also choose if FlexBooker should even send out this type of message. You can click on the icon below, and the system will no longer send out that type of message at all.

It should reflect as greyed out as well once this is disabled:
