Making a new appointment
From the calendar page, click on the day you would like to create an appointment for. From the popup that appears, click on "New Schedule Booking":
You'll then be presented with a list of services (of course your list will be different that this example):
Click on the "Choose" button next to the service for which you would like to make a test appointment.
Next you'll see the "availability timeline":
This view will show you a row for each employee who is set up to perform the selected service (i.e. has a schedule setup for that service). The green areas indicate that the staff member on that row is available at those times. Availability is based on their schedules, and accounts for blocks and other appointments for the staff member.
